How to implement Facebook style comment's time update

Pick the comments from database and render as follows

1. Set Comment Time in <span class="cmnttime" id="t1">YYYYMMDDHHMMSS</span>  and keep it invisible.
2. Take another <span id="txt1">0 seconds ago</span>  in which we will display & update comment time.
3. We use the following functions
